Cuc Phuong National Park is one of Vietnam`s most important protected areas. Though wildlife has suffered a precipitous decline in VietNam in recent decades, the park`s 222 square Km of primary tropical forest remains home to an amazing variety of animal and plant life.
 

We will walk to see Endangered Primate Rescue Center where some native animals-deer, monkeys, civets, gibbons & langurs, and another short trail leads to a steep stairway up to the archaeologically significant cave of Prehistoric man, after that walk to the massive 1000 year-old Tree.

Day 1: ( L – D )
 

Morning:    - At 08h30 am, leaving Ninh Binh on magnificent countryside roads to Cuc Phuong 
                   - Visiting the Endangered Primate Rescue Center
                   - Visiting Turtle Conservation Center
                   - Continue transfer to visit Prehistoric man cave
                   - Having lunch in Park Center
 

Afternoon:  Ancient Tree, A paved path, ideal for bird-watching and an easy stroll through primary forest.
 

Evening:  Depending on the weather condition, the guide can organize night-spotting trips the primary forest. see the more exlusive mammal species of the park, including the Black Giant Squirrel, the Indian, Samba deer, Loris and several small Carnivores. Overnight on Bungalow in Mac Lake.
 

Day 2:    ( B – L)

Morning:  After breakfast, we hike to visit Thousand Year Old Tree Loop Trail. After that relaxing, shower and then having lunch, Coming back your hotel in Ninh Binh city at around 16h00 or upon your request.
 

Peak season surcharge:

Excellent hiking opportunities abound in the park and we will walk to see Endangered Primate Rescue Center where some native animals-deer, monkeys, civets, gibbons & langurs, and another short trail leads to a steep stairway up to the archaeologically significant cave of Prehistoric man, after that walk to the massive 1000 year-old ‘Big Tree` (Tetrameles nudiflora).

Day 1:  ( L – D )
Morning:    - At 08h30am, leaving Ninh Binh on the countryside roads to Cuc Phuong 

                   - Visiting the excellent Endangered Primate Rescue Center

                   - Visiting Turtle Conservation Center (TCC)
                   - Eating luch in Park Headquarters.
 

Afternoon: Visiting Botanical Garden Loop Trail and seeing “bird watching”, it is some of the 307 species of rare birds you might encounter are the Silver-pheasant, Brown Hornbill, Bar-bellied Pita and so on. Overnight on Bungalows in “Mac Lake”.

Day 2:   ( B - L- D )
Morning :  After breakfast, the guide will take you to visit some options below.

Afternoon: Hiking a 6-km trek to visit Thousand Year Old Tree Loop Trail After that relaxing, shower and then eating dinner.
